Peter (PJ)
Founder & Marine Technician
Peter (PJ) founded Off the Water Marine in 2017 with more than a decade of hands-on marine experience behind him. Born and raised in New Hampshire, he understands exactly what year-round lake residents need from a local service team — and he has the tools, skills and attention to detail to handle a wide range of marine jobs right the first time.
Jack
Assistant Manager
Jack joined Off the Water Marine in the fall of 2022 and quickly became the go-to for daily yard operations and customer care. Having spent summers growing up on Lake Winnipesaukee at his family's island property, he understands firsthand what islanders and HLYC rack owners need from a dependable marine service team. Jack handles the majority of the business's online operations and continues to oversee day-to-day logistics, making sure every customer gets timely, knowledgeable help.
Hudson
Marine Technician
Hudson started with Off the Water Marine in the spring of 2022 and has spent his time since learning the trade directly from PJ. He works both on the water and in the shop, handling maintenance and repairs with growing confidence and skill. Equipped to tackle a wide range of marine work, Hudson assists with day-to-day operations and makes sure every boat that comes through gets careful, capable attention.
