Updated Valet Hours

Following Labor Day weekend, HLYC's valet schedule will change as follows:

After-Hours & Closed-Day Arrivals

If you plan to arrive after valet hours or on a day when valet service is closed, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance whenever possible.

• Valet Phone: 603-253-4653 – Please call at least 24 hours in advance if you expect to arrive after regular valet hours or on a closed valet day.
• Valet Text Line: 603-707-2464 – You may text this number with your arrival information at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to acknowledge receipt.

Member Extra Storage

This year we are approving all member extra-storage boats regardless of prior storage history. Availability is limited, so we encourage members to make arrangements as soon as possible.

For all questions, availability, or arrangements regarding extra boat storage, please contact harillalanding@gmail.com directly.

Winterization

If we will be winterizing your boat, please complete the 2026 Winterization Form. Completing the form in advance allows us to properly schedule your boat and make sure we have the information necessary to perform your requested winterization services.

Please make your winterization arrangements as soon as possible. Waiting until the end of the season may result in scheduling delays, particularly as we approach the October deadlines.

For the quickest response, please email otwmarine@gmail.com with any questions, service requests, scheduling needs, or account-related concerns. Email is the preferred method of communication and allows us to respond more efficiently than calling the shop phone, especially during the busy end-of-season period.

Please include your name, boat name or slip number, and a brief description of your request so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

Billing & Past-Due Accounts

Please understand that all invoices are DUE UPON RECEIPT. Any invoice remaining unpaid for more than thirty (30) days WILL accrue interest at a rate of 10% per annum, or the maximum rate permitted by applicable New Hampshire law.

Failure to pay any invoice when due may result in the refusal or suspension of future services, including winterization and other OTW services.

We will NOT be able to provide winterization services for accounts with an outstanding balance.

Those of you who will not be provided with OTW Services will be notified in a separate email.

If you have a question about your account balance or need to make payment arrangements, please contact us well before your scheduled winterization date. Preferred payment method is online via Quickbooks.
